AI Workshops for Business Teams

In-person AI workshops that take away the fear, explain the good and the bad in plain English, and give teams practical ways to start using AI safely and effectively, wherever your team is based.

Build confidence, not hype.

These workshops are shaped around your company, your people and the work they actually do. The aim is to make AI feel understandable, relatable and useful, while being honest about the risks, limitations and places where human judgement still matters.

They are also grounded in how businesses actually operate: growth pressure, time constraints, customer expectations, leadership questions and the day-to-day reality of getting work done.

Daniel translates technical concepts, AI models and tool choices into plain English, so people do not feel like they need a technical background before they can ask good questions or try useful things.

Every workshop is delivered in person. Liverpool, Merseyside and the North West are the obvious starting points, but Daniel is happy to travel across the UK and internationally where there is a good fit. It can work for anyone in the business, from leadership and operations through to sales, marketing, customer service, finance, admin and delivery teams. Sessions are interactive, engaging and designed to give people immediate ideas they can try in their own work.

Most workshops are designed to run for 90 to 120 minutes: short enough to keep people engaged and avoid pulling them too far away from day-to-day work, but long enough to make an impact and leave the team with tangible takeaways.

How the workshop is shaped

  • An initial email exchange, followed by discovery and planning calls where useful.
  • Planning calls to tailor the content, examples and exercises around real workflows.
  • A focused 90 to 120 minute session designed around attention, impact and practical takeaways.
  • In-person delivery at your office, venue or company event, across the UK or internationally where useful.
  • Interactive exercises that help people practise prompting, context-setting and tool selection.
  • Practical takeaways your team can apply immediately after the session.
